We accept what is given and what is given is the Fear. Fear and the knowledge that the power to over come the Fear is to either buy something or wait for a greater force to come save us from the Fear.
We all sit and wait for some other greater force than us to solve our problems, in church in state in schools and in homes, we sit and wait for god, government non profits, corporations etc to save us from disaster.
We must stop accepting the Fears distributed by the Fear-mongers. Eliminate all forms of coercion from our daily routines, advertising, corporate media, etc. Once we start thinking our own thoughts, dreaming our own dreams and living our own lives, we will be mentally free to create our own forms of culture, our own forms society, and take back control of the future of the human race from the Fear-mongers.
Capitalism is accepted as the unavailable perfection of human activity. God's existence will be happily discussed by most people, yet capitalism is unquestionable. Our society equates consumption habits with sanity. To question the nature of the conditions of consumer society is bring ones sanity into doubt. For if one was to question consumer society one must also be calling into question the validity of capitalism. Surely if one does not believe that a consumer society is a state of perfection where all humans dine at the same table of prosperity one must be insane.
Intellectual Property and Copyright restrictions will stifle innovation and creativity. As we all know any nation that disrespects these limitations to human activity will develop a society more advanced than one that respects these limitations. Patents now apply to our food supply and even our genetic codes. Growing your own food may be Copyright Infringement and grounds to have your home taken from you in court. Designer Genetic IP Nazis may confiscate your natural-born children for Gene Bootlegging.
The distribution of knowledge is the means of social control by which all humans are slaves. In cultural servitude we toil for hierarchical rank, struggling to obtain status in a system we know to be anathema to any realized conceptualization of freedom one can imagine.
The dissemination of cultures anathema to human freedom and innovations are a plague upon the human race. Advertising, branding, think tanks, PR, corporate news and other forms of coercion for profit are in the business of carving out our futures. And that future is one lived in fear and ignorance, dependent upon the system to provide scarcity and opportunity side by side, and provide a way for most humans to continue shopping for solutions until the end of time. To resign to reside in a 'capitalist utopia' and accept the 'end of history'.
This is the cultural destiny that has been chosen for us by nothing more than a oblivious bureaucratic machinery that has no one at the controls. There is no evil mastermind at the helm, there is only us and button pushing Fear-mongers fighting for hierarchy in a badly wired machine. There is no Conspiracy only Commerce. We are the problem.
